BB&E provides Base Operating Support (BOS) Reachback support, which includes technical engineering, real property, master planning, and knowledge management to help address contingency basing issues for the United States Army Central (USARCENT). Our support includes analyzing, interpreting, integrating, and developing facilities and base camp engineering requirements and providing technical expertise in the management of construction projects. Our staff provides technical advice for base master planning in support of CENTCOM operations and exercises, and supports the development of base camp master plans, real property planning boards, and force flow beddown requirements for countries in the Gulf States region, Central and Southeastern Asia region, and the Levant region, including Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Afghanistan/Iraq. Our real estate/real property support includes master planning, coordination of support agreements, space utilization analysis, and tracking and managing real property data associated with new construction, demolition, repair, and upgrade of installation-built infrastructure.
