BB&E employees have the opportunity to participate in multiple team-building activities each year, like virtual cooking classes, virtual and in-person happy hours, baseball games, tailgates, and in-office events such as team lunches, holiday gatherings and game days.
Flexible work structure
All BB&E employees are equipped to work remotely, so it is easy to schedule a hard-to-make appointment on a weekday and make up the time later, from wherever you are. Work schedules are flexible and driven by our client’s needs, with the option to work from home whenever needed, with supervisor approval.
