Employee Stock Ownership Plan
At BB&E, all team members have the opportunity to have stake in our company. This means that the work we do is directly tied to the value of the company's stock. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is fully funded by BB&E, and all contributions to team members' accounts are made by the company. To be enrolled in the ESOP, team members must complete one year of service, after which they will be automatically enrolled on the next enrollment date (which occurs twice a year on January 1st or July 1st). As shares of private stock are added, team members' accounts will grow over time. Our collective efforts as a team will play a significant role in shaping the future of this valuable benefit. So, by working together, we have the potential to make a substantial impact!
